Shipping policy

At Jimminy Music World, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, rates, and delivery times.

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within Australia:

1. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.
2. In-store Pick-up

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate fee of $9.95 for all purchases. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

We currently only ship orders within Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Large and bulky items including instruments, amplifiers, stands and/or any item that does not fit into a standard Australia Post package is available for pick-up only. If an error allows an oversize item to be ordered for shipping, this order will be refunded in its entirety. Refer to our terms of use for more information.   

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or natural disasters.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet certain criteria, such as a minimum order value. Free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.
